Return and Refund Policy

At Eravol, we are committed to delivering exceptional quality and service. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, which are custom-designed and personalized for each client, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds to ensure clarity and mutual satisfaction.

Return rules summary

  • Returns accepted for 14 days
  • Customer provides return shipping

  • 20% restocking fee

  • No final sale items

1. Custom-Branded Products

All custom-branded products, including luxury corporate gifts, branded office art, and event merchandise, are made to order and personalized to your specifications. As such, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases where:

  • Defects or Damage: If the product arrives defective or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund upon verification.

  • Incorrect Customization: If the delivered product does not match the approved design specifications, we will rectify the issue promptly.

2. Non-Custom Products

For non-customized items, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt, provided the items are:

  • Unused and in their original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that a restocking fee may apply, depending on the order value:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned items.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us at info@eravol.com with your order details and reason for return.

  • Upon approval, we will provide the return address in Montreal, QC, Canada.

  • Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

4. Exchanges

For exchanges, please return the original item following the return process above. Once the return is processed, you may place a new order for the desired item.

5. International Orders

For international clients, please be aware that return shipping costs and applicable duties are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of items.

6. Legal Disclaimer

Eravol's products are intended for corporate gifting and office decor purposes only. We are not liable for any misuse of our products beyond their intended use. Our liability is limited to the replacement cost of the product or a refund, at our discretion.
